Who We Are
I joined the Army right out of high school because I wanted to serve my country. After serving for over 10 years, I decided it was time to find a new path to serve my community. I worked with several recruiting companies trying to find a suitable job for me and my family. A lot of the talent agencies I was working with seemed to only care about the short-term solution of filling a seat instead of finding a role that suited what I was looking for in a career. I was looking for a more personalized experience. I told myself that when I was able to, I would work to help others find individualized solutions that I would have appreciated when I was job searching. Thus, the creation of Zircon Black.

The name was chosen with purpose. Zircon is a naturally occurring mineral known for its resilience, brilliance, and structure - qualities we believe every organization should seek in the people they hire. It represents clarity, precision, and lasting value - much like the candidates we seek to deliver.
The color black symbolizes strength, sophistication, and reliability. It's bold, timeless, and unshakable. These same traits define how we do business and how we represent our clients in the marketplace.
