Process Breakdown

Job Intake & Role Analysis

 This foundational step involves a detailed consultation with the client to understand the open position, company culture, and hiring goals. We clarify the job title, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred experience, and success metrics. This phase ensures that we are aligned with the client’s expectations and sets the tone for a focused, effective search.

Talent Sourcing

 In this phase, we actively seek out high-potential candidates through multiple channels — job boards, internal databases, professional networks, and targeted outreach. Our focus is on identifying individuals who align with the role’s requirements and the client’s culture. We emphasize quality over quantity, aiming to build a strong shortlist of pre-qualified talent ready for the next step. 

Pre-Screening & Vetting

 This stage involves thoroughly evaluating candidates to ensure that they meet the role’s requirements and align with the client’s expectations. We conduct structured interviews, assess communication skills, verify work history, and evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and motivation. When applicable, we also perform background checks, skills testing, and credential verification. Only the most qualified and vetted candidates move forward. 

Candidate Presentation & Interview Coordination

 In this phase, we present a curated shortlist of thoroughly vetted candidates, each accompanied by a candidate summary outlining their qualifications, relevant experience, and key strengths. We coordinate interviews between the client and selected candidates, handling scheduling, confirmations, and preparation on both sides. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, professional, and timely interview process that reflects well on the employer's brand and keeps top talent engaged. 

Follow-Up & Retention Support

 Our partnership does not end once the hire is made. In this final phase, we maintain communication with both the client and the newly hired employee to ensure a successful transition. We provide post-placement check-ins, gather feedback on performance and satisfaction, and offer support to resolve any early concerns. When applicable, we advise with onboarding best practices and retention strategies — helping to ensure that the hire becomes a long-term asset to the organization.
