From the Owner

I believe that everybody has a purpose in life - something that they were destined to do. I have always believed that my calling was to serve. Whether it be for my country, my community, or my family, everything I have done in my life has been built around that notion. I never had strong mentorship as I navigated through some challenging times. As part of my initiative to give back, I want to help you go from where you are, to where you want to be. I do not give advice on things I do not know or care strongly for. Everything that I give is from my experience, training, or education. I stand by what I say. If you need help in an area that I am not proficient in, I will find you someone who is. Zero Hour is where the mission begins, so let's get started.

Military Experience

Regardless of what branch you serve in, some scenarios and experiences will remain constant. The majority of us experience leadership shortfalls or personal dilemmas that hinder our ability to grow. Whether it be how to prepare for a ruck march, how to navigate promotions, dealing with toxic leadership, preparing for your own leadership positions, or if you just need a sounding board for your career, we can figure it out together.

Leaving the Military

Getting off active duty was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I needed constant support from my friends and family, and a lot of questions I had went unanswered. Let me help you as you contemplate what the next chapter of your life looks like after you hang up that uniform for the last time.

Law Enforcement
